In this episode of Tara Usap Tayo (Let's Talk) JD and I talked about and shared our experiences on the problems that we observed in the management of educational leaders in basic education and higher education. In addition to this, we had several recommendations that might help education leaders to improve the quality of education amidst the pandemic.

It is also the first time in this episode that we featured a comment from one of our listeners.
