Today’s guest is BJ Trevino. BJ is 11 years active duty Navy. His wife Melanie was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer in 2013 and its been an emotional roller coaster since. This has brought up deep hidden issues from BJ’s past and caused him to rely heavily on alcohol to numb his stress and pain, in the end it destroyed more than it could ever silence. He shares his journey towards healing and how through his recovery, he has found a positive outlet to give purpose to his pain.
