It is a new year. Talks with Nstudio has a new look. We have brand new guests and amazing conversations for 2023. 

I think this topic is perfect to start with. Every year, we set a new set of goals and we create a checklist that usually creates a lot of pressure to get it done. However, we never take a moment to think about whether or not we are ready for such an immediate change.

It takes a phase of transition. This is where becoming a liminal person is so important. 

Every year we go through seasonal changes in ourselves. We can’t help but go with the flow but we don’t take into account the depth of these changes in our psyches and in our beings.
