Throughout my career, I’ve been curious about what makes an outstanding leader and a great…me. My mentors and mishaps have shaped my leadership style, which looks like empowering my teammates and challenging them to reach their true potential. I’ve found that investing in my personal growth is critical to becoming the best person my team needs to thrive and deliver outcomes because the truth is that whether it’s day seven or 700 on the job, a great leader never stops learning and adapting.
