Being in a creative state improves self-awareness, confidence, communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, the ability to make good choices, maximise opportunities and be collaborative. It also

encourages resilience through the ability to improvise, revise and pivot.

Creativity is part of the journey, it’s not the destination, it’s a thorough way. To move beyond creativity as a personal trait and into a holistic state of being and doing.
