Businesses likely already have neurodiverse employees with ADHD and/or Autism hiding in plain sight. These employees are working incredibly hard to hide their "weaknesses", which prevents them from sharing incredible gifts like creativity in problem-solving and idea generation. How can we create an environment for neurodiverse employees to excel?

Genie Love has been trying to figure out how to stay focused and attentive, decrease procrastination, manage “to-do” lists, and get things done her entire adult life. She knows firsthand what it’s like to be a disorganized mess and is excited to be involved in the current neurodiversity movement.

Genie spent 20 years teaching high school students with ADHD and Autism. She has a Master of Science degree in Educational Leadership. Throughout her years of working with leadership in educational institutions, the strategies she helped implement to bring the best from her students are the same strategies organizations can use to improve the workplace so neurodiverse employees can excel.

Adults, both diagnosed and self-identified as having ADD, ADHD, and/or Autism, want to understand themselves better and learn how to manage their own lives. And business owners want to create a physical and social environment for their teams to excel. Genie is here to coach both individuals and organizations.
