Carrie-Lynn is an author and HR specialist with 25 years of experience as a leader, coach, facilitator and mediator. She has created her own HR consulting and coaching business entitled Inspiring Organizational Growth to help leaders and team enhance their understanding of WHY issues occur. Carrie-Lynn shares her own lessons (and even mistakes) to help inspire growth in others. She equates what she does with the game of hockey---I sit in the bleachers and watch the game and then I sit on the bench with you and help coach the team.
