While working on a home renovation project, Tarn Goelling discovered an interest in the trades and dove into learning more. She became an inside wire woman, then later an international representative for IBEW. Tarn now serves as the Director of Civic and Community Engagement with IBEW and joins us on the show to share tips and insight straight from her experience and successes in the area of engaging inside and outside the organization.
