James Cardinal is a retired RCMP Officer and school counsellor working with youth at the Amisk Community School. For many years James has used the HEROES are WARRIORS program with to make a significant difference for the Indigenous youth in his community. 

In this episode James shares his story of growing up in Northern Alberta, the many challenges he has faced in his life/career, and his passion for helping youth to grow and become HEROES.
