I talk about how I listened to Eileen McKusick's group clearing event for adrenal reset.  This is part 1 or 3.  It was a very powerful clearing, but so different from how Christy Sheldon or Rebecca Davison run theirs.  I learned a lot and plan to have the kids listen to it, especially Henry.  Cleaning up your energy is so important and the adrenals hold loads of information.
