I talk about how I spent the weekend working on the bathroom in the new house and learning how to tear out old linoleum.  I learned that there is a hard way and an easy way and I'm grateful that I only lost a couple hours doing things the difficult way.  I did a great job of beating up my body by not doing a little research first.
