The legend of the Popping Woman is an urban legend from Birmingham Al. It is said the ghoul of the old woman haunts Interstate 20, where her life was taken mildly prematurely. She often stalks stranded motorists mistaking them for the drunk driver that killed her so many years ago. One thing is for sure, she will never find peace.
