What does inclusion mean to her and why is it important in the workplace but also why she choose this path from her start as being a quantity surveyor.
We discuss LGBT+ in FM and the role that the group plays in not only supporting the LGBTQ+ community that work in facilities management but also in becoming an agent for change in creating diversity policies to support clients in implementing D&I throughout their supply chain.
We also talk about the importance of her pro-bono work and mentoring in promoting D&I in the built environment, holding organisations to a higher standard and promoting best practice.
