Andrew Wegner, Senior HR Generalist, defined talent pathway as everything that you use to initially source talent up, through bringing it on board and then cultivating that talent once you've brought the person on board. It's both procedural and personal, and it's essentially everything you do to attract and maximize the growth of the right people who you want to run your organization. 

You have to be comprehensive, and you have to be constantly adapting your approach to build the right talent pipeline by offering the employees the right talent pathway.
