Asking the right questions is an art form. Sometimes these questions can create discomfort so it’s important to be intentional about how you create psychological safety in your approach to allow for the right questions to surface. About Luc Beaudry: Luc found his path into the talent management space by way of training facilitation. In the 17 years since then, he has managed employee engagement surveys, led the client solutions team for a national training organization, and designed and delivered a range of high-impact development programs for thousands of leaders and individual contributors across a variety of industries. He recently joined Canadian Blood Services as a Leadership Development Consultant.
Luc favours a consultative and facilitative approach for creating engagement and buy-in. He gets excited when creating moments of awareness and discovery and loves to use collaboration to get at root issues and underlying motivators.
