Lilia is an artist and menstrual equity activist located in Washington DC. She first became interested in the topic of menstruation after years of frustration with her own period. Now she strives to create an open dialogue around the topic.
In this episode, we answer all the questions sent in by listeners as well as talk about menstrual inequality and fighting to end the tampon tax. We discuss how to create a better relationship with our periods and how to create conversation around menstruation so all people are more informed and feel less fear & shame around the topic, regardless if they bleed or not.
