ウガンダのバンダスラムに行ってきました。このスラムのお母さんたちの新たな収入源として「カンパラ焼き」を考案した日本人がいます。今回は、カンパラ焼きやバンダスラムについて話しています。
We went to the Banda Slums of Kampala, Uganda to feed a bunch of people. There is a Japanese lady named ‘Mama Uri’ from Osaka that came up with the Kampala-Yaki (a twist on Okonomiyaki) in hopes that single mothers in the slums will have a means to make a living.
