Her career started at Birmingham City Women before making the step up to Reserves, winning the league and hoping to break into the 1st Team. After leaving Birmingham City Women for a spell at Coventry, Hannah was heading to B6 to sign for Astoon Villa Women where she spent a few seasons. After a couple of seasons at Aston Villa Women, Hannah moved across the west midlands to West Bromwich Albion Women. A rollercoaster time at WBA involving Relegation, Promotions & Cup Finals.
