#042 - Reese Whitely is an Athletic Trainer and Owner of Complex Health and Wellness in Miami, Florida.  After receiving his Masters of Science in Athletic Training, he spent time working with collegiate (Florida International University) and professional (Indianapolis Colts) sports teams.  Following his time in athletics, Reese went on to open his own training facility, Complex Health and Wellness.  Reese's philosophy centers around your physical state, mental state, how you handle stress, what you are consuming, and meditative techniques as a unique individual.
