Jamie Klingman is a highly successful serial entrepreneur, realtor and community leader.  Because Jamie uses her life to be of service to others and the community, networking comes naturally to her. She knows business is built through relationships and relationships are strongest when they are reciprocal.

In this episode Jamie lends her expertise to helping entrepreneurs expand their networks through service and leadership.  She has spent her career finding the win-win opportunities and can help you do the same.

A little about Jamie Klingman

Currently, she is the Broker/Owner of four real estate brokerages  with different specializations. Jamie is the Broker/Owner of four real estate brokerages. Boutique Realty Florida is a full-service residential firm, specializing in making real estate as accessible as possible utilizing technology such as MatterPort and DotLoop. Boutique Realty Referrals is a referral firm for agents who want to collect referral commissions without having to join local boards or MLS. QuickList Real Estate is a flat-fee, high tech firm. The Klingman Group serves commercial real estate needs.  Jamie also has interests in several online companies and an instructional design company. She has started and sold several of her own companies, and currently serves as a M&A/Business Broker, sharing what she has learned with others who are ready to make a change.  

 

Actively involved in her community, she has served in numerous leadership positions, including being past Board Chair to the Crisis Center of Tampa Bay and of the Chair of the Temple Terrace Chamber of Commerce (2014). She was recognized for her commitments and efforts by being named a Lightning Community Hero (2014), Small Business of the Year Leader of the Year Finalist for the Greater Tampa Chamber (2019), Network for Executive Women Business Woman of the Year (2014), Up and Comer under 30 (2010), and the Ann Simmons Service Award (2011). In her spare time, Jamie enjoys playing the piano, cycling, and boating. She has a wonderful husband and two honorary (step) daughters as well as four four-legged children.
