Our host are: 
Helene (she/her) : a cis straight women surfing in Norway. She is pretty much like to ride all things that are sideways, snowboard, skate and surf. At the moment she is working at the hospital as a nurse. 
Patrick (he/him): a cis gay man, adopted from Philippines and grew up in Norway. He is a nerd that once he decided to do something he is committed.
