<p>During this episode I will continue to introduce myself by telling you another critical story that built my foundation and constructed my values.&nbsp; There are times we might have regrets, but in this episode, you will hear about a decision I made in high school that I could have called a regret, but I chose to use it as a lesson.&nbsp; Without the experience I went through in this story, I would not have learned that hard work and perseverance can build strength while opening new doors allowing endless opportunities! &nbsp;</p>

Please don’t be mistaken by the title Sunshine Talks.  Sunshine talks are not always bubbly and happy go lucky episodes!  Sunshine Talks is here to share life experiences which might be good or bad. From those experiences, we want to pull learning or a lesson to grow and prevent a similar occurrence in the future.  We are here to find a way to shed light on maybe some painful experiences.  Here we see each other as humans, and we are aware we make mistakes.  Ultimately,  we are still going through the growth process of life.  Now how can we help each other manage our emotions and add logic to become a decision making powerhouses, to see more sunny days?   Let’s talk about it. Remember, it's bright days we are chasing!
