In Episode 8, we introduce one of the newest hotels in Cairns. Being a major tourism drawcard, there are many hotels in the city but we chat with one group that is championing sustainability at all its three hotels in the city. Sales manager Kosaku Ueda from Crystalbrook Collection in Cairns to tells us about the hotel group’s commitment and his favourite Aussie English!
