As we come into a new year, a lot of us might be thinking about the changes we want to make in our lives, making “New Year’s resolutions” in some form or another. In 1 Corinthians 15, Paul reminds us that it is the gospel message itself that is always "of first importance” (v. 3). And in our desire to change and become different sorts of people, it is the grace of God – seen in the gospel of Christ – that has the power to change us from deep within.
