On this episode I talk with Rueben. Rueben lives in Ohio, and he is a suicide attempt survivor. In Rueben's words:"I have fought with suicidal thoughts for the last 14 years. It has always been a way of escaping a situation or person that you can't get away from. Having PTSD and rapid cycling bipolar just make it worse. I hope my story will give others hope. I am more than willing to talk with you if you want. Contact me either on Facebook or email.
