Jason Komosa has spent over 15 years helping brands like Vitamin Water and Groupon with their Sales, Go-to-Market and Growth strategies. But by age 30 he experienced severe burnout, which led him to seek a mental health coach. This experience deepend his knowledge on all things psychology, philosophy, and neurology. Ultimately becoming a Mental Wellness Coach himself.
