Hackers Break into Russian Intelligence Projects 

Hacking group 0V1RU$, was able to penetrate the system of Russian intelligence contractor SyTech, releasing data on Russian efforts to control social media and anonymous internet servers. In Bulgaria, hacker instakilla released the personal data of five million people from the country's National Revenue Service. The Kazakh government instructed local internet service providers to force their customers to install a government developed certificate on their personal devices, in every browser. 

Turmoil over Secret North Korea Deal and National Security Threat

Documents obtained by the Washington Post suggest Huawei worked with China to build North Korea's 3G network. This raises further security concerns with the US and other countries already critical Huawei. The White House held a meeting with tech firms concerning Huawei's blacklisting which also led to American workers are being laid off.
