• The struggles he went through when he had his son at the age of 21 and having no job.
• How he struggled with feeling of failure as a dad to his two kids.
• The pain of living on the opposite coast as his kids for the past 8 years after his divorce.
• What the term, "Disney-land dad" means to him and how he decided to OWN that title instead of being ashamed by it.
• Why he is the self-promoted "King of Failure"

Takeaway from the Episode: The vulnerability and openness that Hernando speaks with is so powerful! It moved me!
