This meditation was created to help you relax with your current state of being. As we're now dealing with unexpected and unprecedented times with COVID-19, we're being asked to stay indoors, away from others and to turn within. We have more time on our hands now than we ever did before and being that mostly everything is shut down, we don't have as many things to distract ourselves with.
