Patryk Swietek used to work at AvantStay, an STR arbitrage company, as a product manager in 2019. He got laid off in 2020 during Covid. He bought his first STR in September 2021 and has been hooked since! Currently, Patryk is the founder of the STR Nation community, where he helps educate other investors on how to get into STR investing. Patryk has joined STR Secrets mastermind, propelling him to new heights by owning a property management company and more STR rentals in Joshua Tree, CA.
