<p>Collin is seriously missing this week. He was last seen at his hotel in the DFW area but then he fell off the face of the earth. The only logical explanation is that some chiggers caught up with him and consumed his flesh leaving his ravaged corpse in the hotel flower beds. There is no other possibility. He will be missed.&nbsp;</p><p>While we mourn his loss, Jason Momoa is trying to stop bulldozers, Disney is doing <em>Star Wars&nbsp;</em>related cash grab, and there are a lot of&nbsp;<em>Star Trek&nbsp;</em>veterans returning to&nbsp;<em>Star Trek: Picard</em>. Also, Verizon may be regretting their Yahoo purchase as they continue to sell off pieces of the purchase and Google Pixel owners can finally get paid for the microphone issues of days gone by.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><h2>Headlines</h2><h3><strong>Geek News:</strong></h3><ul><li><a href="https://geektyrant.com/news/jason-momoa-posts-that-he-cant-shoot-aquaman-2-because-he-is-trying-to-stop-the-desecration-of-his-native-land" target="_blank">Jason Momoa was run over by a bulldozer</a></li><li><a href="https://geektyrant.com/news/all-star-wars-films-re-releasing-on-blu-ray-next-month" target="_blank"><em>Star Wars</em> films coming back to Blu-ray</a></li><li><a href="https://www.cbr.com/star-trek-picard-character-returns/" target="_blank">Who's returning in <em>Star Trek: Picard</em>?</a></li></ul><h3><strong>Tech News:</strong></h3><ul><li><a href="https://www.engadget.com/2019/08/12/google-pixel-settlement-available/" target="_blank">It's time for Google Pixel owners to get paid</a></li><li><a href="https://arstechnica.com/information-technology/2019/08/verizon-selling-tumblr-to-automattic-the-owner-of-wordpress-com/" target="_blank">Verizon sold Tumblr</a></li></ul><hr><p style='color:grey; font-size:0.75em;'> Hosted on Acast.
