This is a podcast started by Sussex Men's Hockey to raise awareness for mental health and to shine more light on sports at university. We feel that if we speak about the different sides to mental health and not only how it affects us but also how we deal with it, it may encourage people to talk about mental health more and make them feel more comfortable opening up about subjects they talk about less.
