We talk about how they have joined a team at university despite it not being a specific university society and how they still enjoy all the perks of being in a team. Episode 5 - Dealing with psychological trauma

This is a podcast started by Sussex Men's Hockey to raise awareness for mental health and to shine more light on sports at university. We feel that if we speak about the different sides to mental health and not only how it affects us but also how we deal with it, it may encourage people to talk about mental health more and make them feel more comfortable opening up about subjects they talk about less. We also want to shine a light on sports more at Sussex as it is such a massive part of our lives. We hope you enjoy it!
