This is an interview for the Indie Author Showcase by Beyond the Book Media which is owned by Chanel E. Martin. I am being interviewed about my book "Expose It...Let Your Healing Process Begin. I share some nuggets about how to be free from the emotional pain. We don't have to carry around the emotional baggage. We have a choice to make whether to stay in that place or move from it. Your past experiences are not there as a place of residence. They are there for you to grow from them and to help pull someone else up from that very place you are in. You have to take your power back by talking through the experience of pain. Yes, it will hurt and it will not be easy but you will be better for it when you do. Go ahead and expose your truth!
