Fatima A. Majid is a STEM advocate with a passion for building confidence in the youth and encourages them to pursue careers in STEM fields. She has a history of volunteer involvement for several non- profit organizations in Detroit as speaker or workshop facilitator in STEM and volunteers as a biomedical lab technician for World Medical Relief where she performs tests, repairs and packaging of medical equipment that is sent to the impoverished both in Detroit and abroad.
