Sometimes our lofty goals as coaches and teachers need a time out....we need a little reminder why we do this.  If we are in it for our glory, time to re-think.  We are supposed to be here for the kids! 

So....when they are sick, or injured....that is NOT the time to 'push through'. 

Coaches, teachers, leaders, is it time to check yourselves?
