'Expectation' has become a dirty word, a word used in the negative, as punishment, as a way to place the blame of disappointment onto someone else. 

I am here to reclaim EXPECTATION and use it for good.   It really can be a superpower!  Expectations have the power to changer your life and the life of the youth you lead for the better!
