Pastor Ernie looks at the 4th part of the EFC Vision Statement; "Grow Young." Growing Young doesn't mean not caring about the old, but it means taking strategic steps to involve, empathize with, and engage our younger generations; giving them a voice and a seat at the table.  Pastor Ernie works to flesh out how we can be a church that is growing young.
