Happy Monday, Thieves! We have a return guest this week with Brett Taylor from Brooklyn’s Wild East Brewing. The last time we had Brett on the show things were just getting started at Wild East. Now, a couple years in, Brett tells us about how the brewery has evolved to become one of the premier lager houses of the Northeast.
