Amanda Midkiff is the herbalist, owner, and plant witch extraordinaire of Locust Light Farm, a small herb farm and teaching garden in central New Jersey.    Amanda founded Locust Light Farm in 2015 in PA, initially growing herbs for wholesale and crafting herbal products for her herbal CSA.
