Christian Rynning-Tønnesen is the CEO of Statkraft, the largest renewable energy producer in Europe. Christian has been in various positions in Statkraft since 1992 and became the CEO in 2010. 

Carl Fey is the Provost for Research and Societal Impact at BI Norwegian Business School. Some of his research interests are innovation, human resource management, and organizational culture.
