LCI is the nations leading supplier of components to the recreational vehicle industry. Lippert Components was founded by Larry Lippert, Jason's grandfather in 1956.  Jason went to Miami University of Ohio to swim and study Accounting and Information Management Systems. Following college, Jason worked through LCI, starting as a welder, transitioned to an assistant plant manager position, and in 2003, took over as President and CEO, following his father Doug. LCI today has over 11,000 employees, while surpassing 2.5 billion dollars in revenue. Listen as we talk about the origin story of Lippert Components, Jason's upbringing, expansion, and LCI's commitment to active community service.
