Ryall is an international fitness superstar who has traveled the world competing in fitness competitions. She has lived in numerous countries and really dedicated her life to her craft which led her to win the Arnold classic the world's most notable fitness expo. Ryall wasn't always on stage showing off her skills and physique though in fact she actually worked as a dental hygienist which she quickly realized was not her passion.
