I'm reviewing The Total Money Makeover by Dave Ramsey. This book was introduced to me by JD Roth's blog Get Rich Slowly. This is the book that started our journey to becoming debt free and put us on the path to financial independence.

My wife and I read The Total Money Makeover chapter by chapter and discussed everything as we went along. I enjoyed reading it together and then talking about what things we would and would not do. Our journey to becoming debt free was a great accomplishment and really brought us closer together. I'll talk about this more in a later episode.
