Show notes

Dr. David Spindler is an athlete welfare and high-performance cognitive strategies consultant. He is highly regarded within the World Tour peloton and well known for his influential work with Rohan Dennis.

He was working for INEOS Grenadiers during this year’s Giro where Tao Geoghegan Hart took pink on the final TT. In this podcast, we chat about the effect of COVID on an athlete's phycology, he runs us through the progression of Tao at the Giro, and his take on why so many young riders have emerged this year

This is the third podcast we’ve done with David Spindler, you can check out the podcast we did on his PHD here and his path to phycology here.

Our friends at Haarper have helped design a survey so you can share your thoughts on the show as we design season four of the podcast. It can be accessed via this link.

We hope you enjoy this episode!
