After she decided to quit modeling, she became a manager for Elite Models and now she works as an independent scout and mother agent. With over 30 years of experience in the industry, I decided to ask her the most common questions a model who is unfamiliar with a mother agent could have plus we talk about Kim's modeling career, how long it took her to make money, and facing rejection.&nbsp;
