The Wine Episode!!! Recently, I had been looking to further educate myself on the romance and intricacies of wine. Luckily, my friend Will works, and sells, in that very industry. Thus, I invited him on to take me to school, and he brought along his coworker, and certified sommelier, Dakkar to add to the mix. They each brought a bottle of their own, and then we hit Bevmo. My only instructions were to maintain a variety and to keep it under $100, and they didn't disappoint. We ultimately sat down with six bottles of wine ranging from a rosé to much heavier reds. What foods pair well, the thoughts behind each country's specialties, proper procedures, and so much more! Life is RAD.
