This week we meet up with Mr Humphries. He is the PE co-ordinator of the school and is responsible for organising sports clubs and events for the school. We also have an interview with Michelle Lewis who is owner of Step Forward with Lewis. She produces podcasts, is a personal trainer and is a qualified running coach and boxercise instructor amongst other things! She talks to us about how she got involved with Standens Barn and what she does in the school.
