This weeks guest on Stand Out with Ian O&rsquo;Connell is is Fiona Murtagh. Fiona is an Irish Olympian rower. She made history winning Bronze in the Women&rsquo;s 4 at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics which was Irish rowing&rsquo;s 1st women&rsquo;s Olympic Medal. This year she won gold in the women&#039;s single sculls at the 2025 World Rowing Champs in Shanghai.
