This weeks guest on Stand Out with Ian O&rsquo;Connell is Killarney woman Lily MacMonagle Shannon. Lily is a singer and actor. She has worked in the likes of the prestigious Windmill Lane Studios. Lily opened a Performing Arts school with her aim to create a safe and fun environment where children can be exactly who they want to be, build their social skills, and ignite their personalities.
